Complementary support for Envato customers provided for period of 6 months and excludes customization, third party products support and hosting related issues. Valid purchase code is required to submit a ticket. If your support period is expired - you will have to either purchase premium support or extend product support through Envato

 

Support Hours

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (EST) and complementary support is provided only at that time. Upon submitting your request, we make it our goal to respond within 48-72 hours.

 

Extent of Our Support

We only cover support for our plugins/scripts/themes (unique functions and features beyond WordPress ones), and cannot provide general support on WordPress or third-party plugins within the scope of complementary support and envato extended support. Everything else is covered in premium support purchased from our site ONLY.

Privacy Policy

We store your personal information like (including but not limited) your name, email and IP address, CodeCanyon username and Purchase code etc. collected during processing of support requests safely and confidentially. And the only reasons we can expose it to third-party organizations or individuals are protecting our copyrights, intellectual property, safety, dignity, good name and business reputation. We have the right to immediately terminate any account that is involved in any suspicious activity.
